  • Can cheesecake be purchased at stores?
    Available for purchase at the Kanazawa Forus store and online.
  • How long does it take to defrost cheesecake?
    After delivery, put it in the refrigerator and use 18 hours as a guideline for thawing time. If you warm it up in the oven just before eating, you can enjoy it more deliciously.
  • Will the purchase be secured when I add it to my cart?
    Purchasing is not done when you put it in the cart. It will be purchased when the payment is completed.
  • Can I change my address after placing an order?
    If you wish to change your address after placing an order, please contact us at the contact email address [dumbo@destino1946.jp].
  • When will the goods arrive?
    Items will be shipped within 3 business days from the day you place your order. *If you would like to specify the date and time, please enter it in the remarks column.
